Waiting on the Cowardly Dante!!
This heart-stopping footage shows a Texas cop's brush with death as a suspect appears to surrender - then pulls a gun and fired four shots at him. A split-second firefight then erupts, in which Andra Gibson, an officer with the police department of Hedwig Village, near Houston, downs Emilio Solis with a series of fatal gunshots. Despite Solis letting off the first shots, and even brushing the officer's uniform, Officer Gibson was left unharmed in the deadly exchange this summer.....VIDEO

The cop killed that suspect for no other reason than he fired 4 shots at the cop. That cop ought to lose his job and be indicted by a grand jury.

I would acknowledge hands held up while standing still with back turned as a submissive gesture. But moving forward with hands raised is no less menacing than moving forward with hands down. In fact, a blow may be struck with a raised hand faster than with a lowered hand. So the "hands up" defense is simplistic and nonsensical.

It seems people who are instinctually inclined to fabricate imaginative denials are similarly inclined when it comes to fabricating imaginative accusations.

See, the cop should have held fire to determine wether the violent criminal was merely firing "warning" shots....to just start shooting at a violent criminal shooting at him shows the cop was out of control......and a racist, and just stopped the guy to murder him.....

The cop should be required to confirm the bad guys isnt just shooting blanks before allowed to shoot back
