Goal: Take Over The World, Make Participants Rich(er)
Step 1: Eliminate sex-positive education in school. Replace with abstinenance-only. As children are conditioned to fear sex and pleasure and go through puberty without a positive sexual outlet they'll begin self-harming and violent acting out.
Step 2: Ensure all tv programming follows a simple theme: fear, conflict, opposition, resolution. As children to adults watch various tv programs the subtle message that someone's always out there to be feared, who'll try and hurt them, but they can prevent it with violence and win, will transfer over into every facet of their lives.
Step 3: Ensure news programming is always negative. Foreigners are a threat to our way of life. Terrorists are seeking to kill us and those we care about. And we're the 'good guys.'
Step 4: As the citizenry is conditioned to fear everyone, fear pleasure, consume junk food for comfort, and look to authority for their protection, we can have little wars to help drive the message home 'something must be done.' And we, the 'good guys' are doing it. Because the population has no real outlet for pleasure, they'll be naturally more aggressive and tolerant of wars of aggression.
Step 5: Launch disinformation campaigns at home depicting various factions as the enemy.
