The CO Supreme Court, the Maine Secretary of State, Illinois Judge Tracie Porter, Lawrence Tribe, Michael Luttig ALL Engaged in Attempted Insurrection

I know it’s hard for morons like you to accept reality or to connect the dots.

Actively trying to remove a political candidate from office is trying to affect the election.
Teabaggers Impeachment of Biden?
On evidence/proof of a Russian?

True, it was not an “insurrection”, but it was a violation of the constitution and a violation of the oath they all took. Thus they should all be removed from office.
Is it your contention that any action refuted by the SCOTUS translates to removal from office?

They thought there was cause.
AND there was.

Section 3 Disqualification from Holding Office

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Perhaps, if they are brainwashed functional morons. In which case they should immediately be removed from office.
I agree.

There was no insurrection on J6.

An insurrection is an armed coup attempt, usually involving the military.

So there was no “insurrection“ to engage in. A two hour mostly peaceful protest by unarmed civilians isn’t an insurrection, no matter how many times MSM parrots the talking point.

But certain types of people cannot accept reality, and have to manufacture a false reality. They are called lefties.

No. They didn't. Insurrection is defined by "a violent uprising". The AG's tried to get the Savior disqualified under the 14th Amendment.
It was wasted time and effort. This unanimous ruling was not a surprise.
Agree, wasted time and money. Democrats. You should be ashamed.
