Every one of the lies, and the misdirection, being told about Syria is coming from the people who want to do the bombing. They are determined to turn wars into philosophical moral crusades. Every one of the lies avoids addressing provable self-defense. Not a one of them mentions that bombing Syria when it is not a military threat to the US is a deliberate attack on the national sovereignty of every nation; ergo, United Nations sharpshooters are sucking around the edges waiting for Barack Taqiyya to give them authority in the form of approval.

Here’s a small sample of the lies and double-talk:

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=V78-C8-XIcs]Sen. Graham, John McCain after Meeting w/ Barack Obama FULL Press Conference - YouTube[/ame]

Excerpt. John McCain speaking:

Finally, for who say we don't care about Syria and it doesn't matter to us, I guess Czechoslovakia didn't matter in the '30s and the Sudetenland didn't matter and Abyssinia didn't matter and China didn't matter. Well, acts of atrocity and massacre took place in those countries.

And we paid a horrible price for not paying attention to what happened in those countries. And we paid a heavy price in World War II. We have to pay attention to this region. And we have to bring Bashar Assad down.

As a graduate of Annapolis John McCain knows better.

In 1935 - 36 Mussolini and Abyssinia (Ethiopia) was much more complicated than Hitler annexing the Sudetenland in 1938.

China was a Communist revolution where FDR’s Communists backed the wrong side (Mao instead of Chiang Kai-shek) after WWII ended. McCain failed to mention that Mao’s Communists committed more atrocities, and massacred more people, after they won the revolution than ever did Chiang Kai-shek’s nationalist forces. Research “Who Lost China?” if you’re looking for a fascinating topic. It will be a good training exercise for somewhere down the line when everybody starts asking “Who lost the Middle East?”

My point: None of the above were civil wars, yet McCain cleverly cites them as though they belong in the same category as the civil war in Syria.

NOTE: Washington bureaucrats along with the American media backed Castro before he won his Communist revolution. That brilliant choice almost triggered a nuclear war during the Cuban Missile Crisis.

Incidentally, the phrase “International law” is being tossed around by media Bombers in order to justify military intervention as though there is such a thing as International law. INTERNATIONAL LAW DOES NOT EXIST. Apparently, media mouths do not know it because they are using the phrase more than the Bombers in government use it.

Finally, America always won before bleeding heart freakazoids began choosing sides. WWI was the first, and worst, of those decisions. America was not threatened militarily by Germany, but President Wilson decided to enter the war on Great Britain’s side anyway. Congress agreed. Results: American deaths; 117,000; American wounded: 205,000; an armistice; the Soviet Union, and WWII. Does anyone doubt that Congress will authorize the Chicago sewer rat’s little “no boots on the ground” moral imperative adventure in Syria.

World War Two and Iraq were the only wars where America won a total victory since the Spanish-American War. Had Japan not bombed Pearl Harbor America would not have entered WWII. Think about it in relation to self-defense.

These are some of the people leading the charge for bombing Syria:

The Obama national security team that wants to go to war with Syria and demonizes President Bashar Assad is the same group that, as senators, urged reaching out to the dictator.

As a bloc on the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, President Obama, Secretary of State John F. Kerry, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel and Vice President Joseph R. Biden all opposed the George W. Bush administration’s playing tough with Mr. Assad.

Now, the American people are supposed to trust their judgement! Get real.

Incidentally, oh-so-compassionate John Kerry’s prediction didn’t pan out, or did Assad change for the better from Kerry’s perspective?:

None grew closer to Mr. Assad and promoted him in Washington more than Mr. Kerry.

“President Assad has been very generous with me in terms of the discussions we have had,” Mr. Kerry, as a senator from Massachusetts, told an audience at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in March 2011. He predicted that Mr. Assad would change for the better.

Bashar Assad loses U.S. friends as Kerry, Hagel and Biden take Bush's stance on Syria - Washington Times

There’s more. The whole bombing thing is failing the smell test:

Russia has called on Turkey to share its findings in the case of Syrian rebels who were seized on the Turkish-Syrian border with a 2kg cylinder full of nerve gas sarin.

3 September Tuesday, 2013
Russia asks Turkey for info on sarin terrorists
6 June 2013

Russia asks Turkey for info on sarin terrorists, 6 June 2013

Obviously, rebels in Syria can lay their hands on sarin gas, too. Put all of the moral obligation bullcrap aside and it comes down to 2 questions. How was sarin gas released in Syria? and who released it?

Only fools would ask the Bomber squadron for answers. No matter the answers America has no business taking sides in a civil war.

Just to set the record straight. I am not a pacifist by any means. Let me paraphrase Tuco Ramirez: If you have to talk you shouldn’t be shooting.

Frankly, I identify with Tuco. Personally, when it is a clear case of self-defense, I would annihilate any country that attacks the US just as Tuco finished off the one-armed guy.

Traitor Kerry must take us all for fools. He wants to kill people in Syria’s civil war at the same time he lies about Vietnam:

Kerry also described America's intervention in this far-off civil was as fighting for "the biggest nothing in history."

Kerry to Code Pink: 'When I Was 27 I Had Similar Feelings'

John Kerry to Code Pink: 'When I Was 27 I Had Similar Feelings'

The Lie: Vietnam was a civil war. The truth: It was a war between two sovereign nations: North Vietnam and South Vietnam.

The unvarnished truth: Kerry, always the liar, is still angry because some Americans tried to stop Communist expansion in S.E. Asia. It was not the biggest nothing in history because Kerry always knew that Communism was, and is, a much bigger threat to our national security than Syria under Assad will ever be.

Please read this article if you think John Kerry is an honorable loyal American because he is secretary of state:

John Kerry: Face of Defeat

While Kerry is busy justifying his treason the other sack of shit is still trying to set himself up as a spiritual leader by spouting sophomoric philosophical nonsense:

President Obama, speaking earlier today in Sweden about America's proposed intervention in Syria:

"We may not be directly imminently threatened by what's taking place in a Kosovo or a Syria or a Rawanda in the short-term but our long-term national security will be impacted in a profound way and our humanity's impacted in a profound way."

Obama on Syria: 'We May Not Be Directly Imminently Threatened' in Short-Term | The Weekly Standard

Discount everything I say if you must, but ask yourself this one question: After five years of nothing but lies and betraying the country why should I believe anything Barack Taqiyya & Company say now?

politics forum is that way --->

To SteadyMercury: Who the hell do you think is going to bomb Syria if not the military? CIVILIANS!

Make an effort to understand what the Bombers are trying to do to the country.

“No boots on the ground” is a lie. Step by step the filthy sneaks are leading the country down the garden path. You can be certain the Democrats already have a plan to escalate the war so that the US military will have to be sent in. Democrats and a few Republicans are using the civil war in Syria to set a precedent that ends with Americans dying.

Turning the US military into a universal police force has been Democrat party strategy for decades. Note the phrases the liars are using to finally make it happen; moral imperative, international norms, “we” must never let this happen again, limited strikes, and so on.

Bottom line: No American should ever die in a foreign land so that foreigners can live. See how far you get when you turn it around and ask foreigners to die so that Americans can live.

America should never interfere in a civil war for any reason —— least of all for the morality of a moral obscenity like John Kerry who is spokesman for the ruling class’ argument.

Prior to mustard gas being dropped from aircraft in WWI ruling classes sent others out to die for whatever was fashionable at the time. That all changed when they realized they could be killed along with everybody else. Three decades later atomic bombs added to their fear.

If you doubt me take a close look at what they are. Kerry and his kind stand for population controls, euthanasia, infanticide and death panels. They gave this country a culture of death. Using the US military to bomb Syria is an extension of that culture.

On the other side of the coin, Kerry and his kind never once objected to Communist butchery in real time or in hindsight. Indeed, they defended it in Vietnam. Yet Kerry is treated with respect by the media, and when he testifies before his pals in Congress.

Interestingly, I think the International community that Democrats love so much is looking at America and the Muslim world the same way then-Senator Truman looked at Germany and the Soviet Union in 1941. Substitute Barack Obama for Hitler:

If we see that Germany is winning we ought to help Russia and if Russia is winning we ought to help Germany, and that way let them kill as many as possible, although I don't want to see Hitler victorious under any circumstances. Neither of them thinks anything of their pledged word.

Bold-font-boy,

You are discussing the politics of it not the military tactics, strategy, or hardware.

I guess it doesn't matter though you are clearly here just to rant and post to yourself when nobody is interested, but as a friendly tip you should try the current events or politics forum you might get someone to bite on your drivel.

So anyways, neato video of a tommy being launched from a Burke class destroyer:

To SteadyMercury: The forums listed on the home page says nothing about hardware, or tactics for that matter. It does say this:

Military
Armed force strategies, news and comments

What part of the three topics listed did you not understand in my COMMENTS?

I guess it doesn't matter though you are clearly here just to rant and post to yourself when nobody is interested,

Which planet is Bill O’Reilly living on? Move the cursor to 4:00 in the following video and listen to what he says about the Left’s opposition to war, and “bombing Kosovo was a success” before you answer:

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aVlaD3-w9xY&feature=player_embedded]Laura Ingraham Battles Bill O'Reilly Over Syria Intervention 'We Lose Moral Authority by Acting' - YouTube[/ame]

On this planet the Left in this country wants touchy-feely military interventions under the UN’s command. The only wars they vehemently oppose are wars of self-defense when Socialism/Communism is the enemy.

I’m surprised Laura Ingraham did not point out that the biggest Lefties in the universe are calling for war in Syria.

On this planet bombing Christians in Kosovo was a disaster. The final score is yet to be tallied.

Bottom line: The US military is not, nor should it ever be, a universal police force. That makes me wonder what O’Reilly and his kind would say if all of the Muslim countries got together and formed their own universal police force?

Judi McLeod goes right to the heart of the matter:

At least celebrated investigative journalist Jake Tapper admits that the Obama videos depicting sarin attacks in Syria, released by CNN 8 p.m, last night could not be verified for authenticity.

“CNN cannot independently verify the authenticity of these videos but we’re reporting on them because we have verified the Obama administration is showing them to members of congress as they hope to build a case to support military strikes against the Assad regime.” (CNN, Sept. 7, 2013).

If CNN cannot independently verify the authenticity of these videos, then why are they showing them?

Are Obama’s sarin videos released to CNN propaganda?
By Judi McLeod Sunday, September 8, 2013

Are Obama?s sarin videos released to CNN propaganda?

The answer to Judi’s question: Because they lie about everything knowing that a great many Americans believe everything they see and hear on television. Syria is a repeat of the lies told, and believed, about the civil war in the former Yugoslavia. The lies about Clinton’s Balkan Adventure have been updated. They now say bombing Christians was a success.

Incidentally, Benedict Arnold Kerry now wants to hand Syria over to UN weapons inspectors as though they will not lie about everything that gives them authority.
