The GOP-igs are masters at winning elections with thIS on going win win formula.... scare the hell out of white people, humiliate the black guy in the white house and disenfranchise minority voters.. Rep. Paul Ryan is no more guilty than his predicessor, John Bone head. The guilty are the voters that vote these fear mongering welfare losers into office, expecting them to full fill their promises of appealing ACA, ridding the planet of illegals and tax cuts for the rich...oh and the jobs. However, 7 years of opposing President Obama has been their mantra, their mission and their only claim to fame, to the idiots that constantly buy into their bullshit.
