Probably those people can get better jobs and make more money than Sam's paid.
Walmart in general depresses wages. I'd gladly pay a little more across the board if it means everyone is prospering more.
Walmart's like cancer on the economy to an extent.
They drive farmer's wages down, trucker's wages down, store employees, too.
