You aught to be living on the east side of Washington state on tillable acreage! Like try to get a permit for a drain field for ones new $eptic tank. Better yet try to get the $eptic tank in$talled! Even if I do all the backhoe work permits are running around 30K. Now I have found out that because I am considered too close to the aquifer a new drain field permit is not available for my acreage. Options are available though like either renting or purchasing a free standing outdoor porta potty next to the new pole shop(yet to be built), an indoor RV toilet(12V) or the economy model, a five gallon bucket! I've been noticing ever more of those porta potties by new shops out in this area. Then there is the increased cost(permits) of the getting the pole shop structure erected. There are other state co$t$, inflation, ever rising property taxes & the lefty list of increased $$$$$ for g'ment goes on & on.
