This little lady wasn't thinking straight when she decided to attack Trump in the one area where he can simply fade back into the ambient underbrush allowing the ensuing thickets and thorns to eliminate his pursuit. Real estate valuation is the cornerstone money driver for multi holding enterprises like large Hospital systems for instance. There is no such thing as OVERVALUATION and in reality if it was strictly enforced it would immediately stiffle up to 20 percent of the economy almost immediately.

Trump's methodology is the popular route used by the majority of the high end real estate holdings companies and has been used, will be used and is even now being used to grease the wheels of investment capital.

Not only will this case fail. It will be quietly buried. Far too many dark Giants lurk in the shadows of this money forest. They will make themselves known quietly but forcefully and irresistibly. There isn't anyone in any branch that has the ability to actually pursue this.

Let's not kid ourselves, James was installed SPECIFICALLY to take out Trump in the courts and that is ALL she has tried to do since she took office.
She screwed up....the 3 am phone calls will arrive. The root modus being attacked belongs to a Global group. She has unknowingly kicked a very powerful and Vindictive giant in the toe and it's not Trump.

That would be the Committee of the 300, under which many they control, CFR, Club of Rome. All you have to ask is who didn't they kill or try to,
JFK and Reagan. The day Reagan was shot by Hinkley, Neal Bush and Scott Hinkley had a dinner party planned which was cancelled when Reagan survived. John Hinkley Sr and Bush 1 were business partners. Are you kidding me? How was this not reported everywhere?

The family of the man charged with trying to assassinate President Reagan is acquainted with the family of Vice President George Bush and had made large contributions to his political campaign, the Houston Post reported today.

Scott Hinckley, brother of John W. Hinckley Jr., who allegedly shot Reagan, was to have dined tonight in Denver at the home of Neil Bush, one of the vice president's sons.

The newspaper said in a copyright story, Scott Hinckley, brother of John W. Hinckley Jr., who allegedly shot Reagan, was to have dined tonight in Denver at the home of Neil Bush, one of the vice president's sons.

The newspaper said it was unable to reach Scott Hinckley, vice president of his father's Denver-based firm, Vanderbilt Energy Corp., for comment. Neil Bush lives in Denver, where he works for Standard Oil Co. of Indiana.

In 1978, Neil served as campaign manager for his brother, George W. Bush, the vice president's oldest son, who made an unsuccessful bid for Congress. Neil lived in Lubbock throughout much of 1978, where John Hinckley lived from 1974 through 1980.

On Monday, Neil Bush said he did not know if he had ever met 25-year-old John Hinckley.

From what I know and I've heard, they (the Hinckleys) are a very nice family and have given a lot of money to the Bush campaign."

"I have no idea," he said. "I don't recognize any pictures of him. I just wish I could see a better picture of him.

Sharon Bush, Neil's wife, said Scott Hinckley was coming to their house as a date of a girl friend of hers.

"I don't even know the brother. From what I know and I've heard, they (the Hinckleys) are a very nice family and have given a lot of money to the Bush campaign. I understand he was just the renegade brother in the family. They must feel awful," she said.

The dinner was canceled, she added.

George W. Bush said he was unsure whether he had met John W. Hinckley.

I think you've underestimated how prepared she is. She's gonna hand tRump his ass and then use this prosecution to launch an investigation into real estate valuation nation wide and start a huge RICO case that will upend the whole industry.

Care to make a wager on that? She will not launch a nationwide RICO case against the real estate industry.

You do realize that he's already been convicted here, right? This is just about the damages, the fines, that kinda thing.
The funny part about this case is as Trump claims he is worth a lot of money then that figure can be used in other cases he lost where he owes money.

E Carroll attorney ais now using his statements to get some of that money based on the case she won. Trump owes her money and by him stating his worth in the NY case it then becomes evidence for E Carroll or anybody that Trump owes money to but refuses to pay.

Another example of how Trump is his own worst enemy because he cannot shut up.

if the situation is as the op described (and that appriximates my experience) this trial is necessary, with a yuuuuuge sentence reqired, in order to encourage these honest businessmen to remain honest.

if we have to tax based on valuation, they sure can't be passed on the self serving estimates of a delusional condo salesman

Possibility. It is just that big.

Crepitus i'd love to see her hand trump his ass but can they fit that yuuuuuuge fork lift in the courtroom. it might need an escort truck and "wide load" signage.

no. but we are making a case that perhaps a little regulation might be in order.
