Although Reuters attempts to spin the story, the STORY is still that President Trump's popularity / support did not decline after the President Tweeted that anti-Americans could / should leave the US - it ROSE!
"The national survey, conducted on Monday and Tuesday after Trump told the lawmakers they should “go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came,” showed his net approval among members of his Republican Party rose by 5 percentage points to 72%, compared with a similar poll that ran last week."
One of the greatest things the majority of Americans love about President Trump is that he publicly says what all of them wish they could say on a national scale.

When given the opportunity to correct her remarks she refused. For those remarks she was stripped of her Speaker Position for the day...that it until fellow Democrats rushed to hold a partisan vote to protect her from her own intentional act and nullify her punishment (once again proving to Americans that they ARE above laws and Rules)!
