Texas can arrest and deport

Think of the door they have now opened for a court with a Liberal majority will be able to do. What this court has done is given permission to that new court to erase 100 years of conservatism, and Republicanism.

And erase it will.

First up. The 2nd Amendment.
Nope, the Bill of Rights is non negotiable as our rights come from the creator not government of man

An administrative stay by the 5th circuit. Barret and Kavanaugh add that they are simply not making a final decison now.

What this forces Teaxs to do, is use state tax payer money for arrest and detain, and it's on their dime to drive, or fly any detained immigrants out of Texas.

Of which, other countries those planes land in, can be turned around on the tarmac, and sent right back to Texas. Of which those countries can then sue Texas for those costs.

Then there are buses at the border attempting to cross into Mexico, of which all of those immigrants that don't have passports, can be denied entry, of which Texas has no enforcement means to make Mexico take them.

It also puts Texas in the position of being held to the law, by not being able to send any immigrants to anyother state. Governors and mayors of any state Texas attempts this should give those immigrants packed lunches after spending the night, and promptly send them back to Texas, and then sue Texas for the costs.

This will become a nightmare for Texas politically, economically, socially, as a pariah state around the world.

Since Texas got the judgement they wanted. Let them bare the full brunt of that judgement, including having to house, feed, and give medical care to all of these new immigrant prisoners they now have the privilege of arresting and detaining.

Texas is getting ready to find out they don't have the resources the federal government does.

We'll just keep bussing them to ny

I see nothing in the Constitution prohibiting a State from doing this.

The Feds do have exclusive authority over naturalization. But the left conflates the issue and sadly so has the Supreme Court. However, this may signal that the Court will rectify the matter.

So the Court is ceding to TX what was previously federal jurisdiction while preventing states from deciding who is qualified to be on their ballot in favor of federal power. It isn't even giving a nod to settled law any more.
/——/ Expect other states to quickly follow suit.
BTW, Dementia Joe proclaimed he’s hands off on the border problem.

Sure, this will go through the lower courts now, but it seems as if this will be an ultimate decision from SCOTUS and will be the same 6-3 when it gets back to them

Why else would they allow deportations by Texas while going through the lower courts only to eventually say they can't deport, and those deported have a cause of action against Texas.

Just Roberts doing what he usually does, insisting a normal process that look as if we know the outcome of down the road.

Yeah. Now the problem you have is how much it costs in taxes to house millions of prisoners.

Most cities in Texas have been overloaded already, paying for Biden's lack of enforcement at the border, with Texas taxpayers monies.

6-3. Arrest and deport.

For the meantime, Texas has a right to protect their border.

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that it will allow Texas to enforce for now a contentious new law that gives local police the power to arrest migrants.

The conservative-majority court, with three liberal justices dissenting, rejected an emergency request by the Biden administration, which said states have no authority to legislate on immigration, an issue the federal government has sole authority over.
That means the law can go into effect while litigation continues in lower courts. It could still be blocked at a later date.

The law in question, known as SB4, allows police to arrest migrants who illegally cross the border from Mexico and imposes criminal penalties. It would also empower state judges to order people to be deported to Mexico.

Again, how does this work. You want them to just randomly stop white people and demand what?

Hey Stupid, Texas will now deport illegals invited in by Tater.

The cost is minuscule compared to being forced to feed, house, clothe , and educate Tater’s illegal hoard.

Texas has already felt the brunt of Tater’s 10 million illegals, Dumbass.
And when Texas sent a small portion to liberal Sanctuary Cities they all squawked like stuck pigs in Day 1.

Pretty sure Texas has this.

Deport them to DC, NYC, LA, SF, Denver, Minneapolis, Seattle

The associated states will end up getting more representatives in congress if we do that. It's part of the Dem plan.

Apportionment is based upon population, not citizenry. It's kind of messed up.

I think if Texas starts deporting back to Mexico, that will be a great deterrent.

And New Yorkers should thank Texas for every deportation - it's one less debit card with thousands of dollars on it that they will have to pay for after they would otherwise take a bus to NYC.

How does it work?

When they Wade across the Rio you scoop them up and shove them back across the border.

Skin color doesn’t matter, Dumbass.

Looks like you're wrong

AGAIN
You are an idiot racist cracker. Light skinned hispanics and Europeans you racist fucktard piece of shit.
