We’ve got a real problem…this is a mathematical fact. Tens of trillions of dollars are being extracted from the United States of America. Democrats aren’t doing it, republicans aren’t doing it, an entire integrated system, banking, trade and taxation, created by both parties over a period of two decades is at work on our entire country right now.

 

Yeah, Dylan is right, and the concern is that a lot of that money is going outside of normal US parameters. I see this as one of the biggest problems today, although many see me as a bit paranoid. I guess it's nice to easily criticize others and be distracted with one's gadgets and not see the bigger picture. And I mean the really big picture.

 

Yeah, that is a pretty good thumbnail description of the state of affairs.

 

Perhap some of our resident (i.e.>gee, look how much i made on the fiat failure) Goldbugs could opine on the 'golden rule'

I agree with him but on one point, the president is also a bought and paid for politican.

 

He's absolutely right.

Our congress is "bought", our wealth is getting fleeced and all we do is bicker about how best to protect the fleecers. Democrats want a slow bleed, Republicans want a quicker bleed or to burn it down.

 

It's not just congress it's also the president.

They are all "bought" to some extent.

It's really to bad McCain Feingold was shot to hell. That should have been a starting point.

Really? if there was a republican in the white house would your comment be more like the president and congress are bought ans paid for instead of what you just wrote?

 

The keyword is RESPONSIBILITY - many Americans cannot spell it; many others cannot define it; and almost all America has come to erroneously believe they can be free without accepting it.
