Tehran should have told the Houtis to cease, and then they would have to make this threat.

Teheran warns Saudis to end Yemen blitz

Friday, March 27, 2015

Iran demanded an immediate halt to Saudi-led military operations in Yemen and said it would make all necessary efforts to control the crisis there.

Warplanes from Saudi Arabia and its Arab allies yesterday struck Iran-allied Houthi forces fighting to oust the country's Western-backed president.

Saudi-owned al-Arabiya TV reported that a ground offensive with troops from other Muslim states was already being prepared.

"The Saudi-led air strikes should stop immediately and it is against Yemen's sovereignty," the Students News Agency quoted Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif as saying. "We will make all efforts to control the crisis in Yemen."

Violence has spread across Yemen since last year, with Houthi militia seizing Sanaa and sidelining US ally President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi.

Once obie gives them nukes that will pretty much seal the deal right?
What of Pakistan? They've had nukes for decades. And they border Iran. What's your stance on them?
They haven't used them and aren't chanting death to America? I don't think the Iranians have that much self control. They want the bomb not for defense but for offense. Not that I would trust Pakistan all that much but the reason the Iranians want the bomb is pretty evident.

It is time for the US to just get out, and let this Muslim schism play out, and let the Turks and Persians get down to the basic battle, who will rule the Arabs.

This is not our fight, we have our own oil, we should cease trade with all of them, and let them fight to the last child soldier and the last stick and stone.

The worst US foreign policy error I can recall was helping in the Iraq/Iran War.

Let them roll, and if we have a trade policy at all, it should be to sell weapons to any and all that can pay in gold.

Let Pakisan be dealt with by India.

If they let all their nukes loose, the fallout would be no greater than the nuke testing of the '60s.

The planet is headed for a massive depopulation anyway, through plagues or war.

Iran has not attacked anyone for the past 200 years. Pakistan has been involved in attacks in Afghanistan and India. Where do you get your information?
