Not true, only the fascists and/or racists amongst us. Overall there's a healthy rivalry between the ordinary people of the various nations of the UK that sometimes descends into antipathy (usually when the tories are in power), but we do get on more often than not.

As part of the same sting where Israeli embassy staffer Shai Masot spoke with Tory aide Maria Strizzolo, a reporter was introduced by an Israeli embassy official to a student leader who is plotting to take down Malia Bouattia, the president of the National Union of Students (NUS) in Britain. Ms Bouattia was elected as the first black Muslim woman to become president of the NUS last year. According to a report in THE TIMES yesterday, Richard Brooks, vice-president of the NUS, was secretly recorded offering to co-ordinate moves to have Ms Bouattia removed. "He was also filmed saying that he had worked to try to oppose Ms Bouattia's election with Labour Friends of Israel and the Union of Jewish Students (UJS)." (page 9)

The Israeli embassy in London seems very active in attempting to take down people in leadership positions in Britain whom they consider unfriendly to Zionists.
