The SCOTUS disagrees with you and has stated directly the right is not connected with being a militia member. The meaning of the word militia and well regulated in historical context even disagrees with you.

This assumes it requires precision machining. This is just not true. Gun kits can come with USB's that contain files to be printed or frames that only require a drill. Often times the tools are included.

If you have an STL for a lower and do not print it precisely, it may not work.
If you have an 80% lower and do not finish machine it precisely, it may not work.
If you do not machine it at all, it will not work, as such, it cannot be used to assemble a functional firearm.
Thus, the 80% lower is not a gun.
