You keep using legal terms as if you know what they mean. No, the proponderance of evidence doesn't support your conclusion. The chidlren of same sex parents are healthy, as affirmed by a litany of studies.

Worse, nothing you've proposed would effect any issue you claim to be addressing. As denying marriage to same sex parents doesn't mean that their children magically have opposite sex parents.
