It is elsewhere noted that the TeaBerserkers did not do all that well in the midterm election. Way fewer than 10% of the eligible voters were for repeal of Affordable Health Care. Those fewer than 10% of eligible voters were clearly voting for 60% annual increases for health insurance, instead! According to them, it's in the Constitution. In all the reports, it's also in California. The Republicans have actually started to vanish in California.

In 2011, State governments, where Republicans did well, are doing bipartisan implementation of the reform, and are even suggesting some changes. The Obama Democrats are on public record in support of any constructive suggestions.

Health care overhaul debate now shifts to states - Road Runner

Obama is back in majority approval with All voters, including independents.

What so far has not happened in the federal House of Representatives, under Boehner--bipartisanship--is happening at all other administrative and legislative levels. Bipartisan Health Care Reform is now already happening, in 2011.

(Obama will likely now focus on jobs, helping to bring down MediCaid costs, and will face Republican opposition to any further spending for jobs or MediCaid.)
