Balanced and truthful investigations serve as the linchpin of our criminal justice system. But in the name of “Start by Believing,” that principle has come under assault, threatening the integrity of judicial determinations and making wrongful convictions far more likely.

Until the lazy sheep begin to realize how easily this can happen to them, to their sons, father, uncles nobody does a dam thing about it. This couldn't be more true and so unfair to justice.
It is coming down to " He raped" me end of story off to prison you go. Nobody proves the innocent of the accused person.
This is the typical leftist democratic a.h. ways. Meanwhile the only one that can fix the trauma you allegedly go through is to " NOT LET IT DICTATE YOUR LIFE" .
In the mean time make it so there has to be PROOF SOMETHING was done and yes some incidences might not leave proof, but if mom catches him well there you have it that's proof. ( SOMETIMES) .
There have been multiple cases where custody battles lead a mother to teaching her kids to lie and say their father or boyfriend molested or raped them later down the road they realized it wasn't true.
There is a case where a young lady is working hard to get her father out of prison he's been there 26+ yrs. She's testified she was told to lie, she's done all she could to free him and they won't do it.
No offense but liberals are totally stupid when it comes to the system.........they never see " YOU ARE GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT" ..
