Its a dumb idea to create a 6th branch of the defense department (Counting the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard as the 5). Another bureaucracy that will be doing constant overlap with the existing forces, more specialists, more calling the same thing 6 different things than 4 different things.
