Rag Soup.

1 package Lipton chicken noodle soup
1 egg whisked.
1 large handful of baby spinach.
White pepper to taste.

This soup takes ten minutes.

Prepare soup according to directions.

Reduce temperature to a slow simmer.

Whisk in egg. Add spinach and serve.
 
Whenever I make Yankee pot roast for dinner I make sure I get a large enough chuck roast so there is going to be plenty leftovers to make beef, vegetable & noodle soup the next day.
 
This isnt realy a recipe, more a tip reallly.
I had it in a Paris restaurant back in the 80s.

Tomato and Gin soup.
Basically a tin of tomato soup with some gin poured in..
I always use heinz tomato soup. Add Gin to taste. Any gin will do. It gives heat bit flavour.
It leaves you with a warm glow.. a real winter treat.

You can sprinkle stuff on it and have some sexy bread but thats it basically.
