All great incentives, but should be the norm for all service members IMO.

The greatest military should have the greatest benefits.

I don't disagree, but it seems the other branches are turning folks away, so the incentives might help get them into the army. Funny isn't it, when it comes to their own hiring, the government, well at least the military, understands supply and demand very well.

That's amazing in itself, since no one wants to join due to this illegal war and all.

Yes, interesting, no? Seriously, that is what makes one recognize that not all 'young people' are the spoiled, misinformed, vacant 'intellectuals' we see here so often.

In fact, most young people I know, which includes former students in college and high school, in addition to my own children and their friends, are caring people some of whom have gone into the military or are thinking of doing so, when finished with their schooling. Even my 'liberal' son spoke with the Marines the summer before college, took the tests and the recruiter told him to finish school first, they need college with his scores.
