Social Contract Theory

Who's theory of the social contract do you subscribe to? I like Locke and Rousseau. Concepts of natural rights and the governments responsibility to the people to provide good government. If not the people can break unjust laws and revolt. Also that the thinnest veil of government that restricts freedom the least...is best. Translation: less government, or in other words...socialism is shit.
