Right. That is why I opposed the ban. Unnecessary intrusion on the free market. But not a violation of my constitutional rights. And while I've already conceded the point that "technically" any government regulation can be classified as an infringement on personal freedoms, this one doesn't come close to meeting any materiality threshold of the reasonably sane...IMO.

If you get in the way of a BUSINESS trying to facilitate a LEGAL PRODUCT being used on their property, while not being at all forced into said establishment no less, then yes.. you are impeding the liberty of your fellow American. which, pretty much makes you a worthless pink lunger fuck that illustrates and validates the worst case-caricatures of left leaning politics.
