SiC has the potential to be a big thing, and it is relatively unhyped.
SiC, is just that, using SiC in the wafers vs just Silicon. SIC increases efficiency of high power chips like those in cars and industrial applications
2 stocks to watch in this area are ON and AEHR, STM and Infineon are also players.
ON chart looks solid and I am hoping to add in the 60's or better. AEHR is a small cap and unpredictable, with higher risk, but much higher reward.
