Should the Federal government pay 75% of private income?

86% of revenue for UoP comes from the Fed.


The students end up with twice the debt.


If our tax dollars are going to be spent, should it be sent to private pockets?


Why not simply send to money to the States (or not take it in the first place) so the States can use the funds for their own educational institutions?
