Should Preference to Sharia Law Be A 'Disqualifier' For Refugees / immigrants Coming to The US

I would argue that anyone already here in the country who thinks that religious beliefs negate the rule of law and order should be made to declare their intent to abide by our laws or be made to leave. As a rider on the OP's idea.
That worked well for the California Christmas killers.
Are you talking in code?
Obama vetted the Muslim killers in California. He failed....again.
Yup, he sat down and examined the killers and vetted them.

You are now JBondcuck.
The administration vetted the Muslim killer. Your ignorance of the facts is expected.

How did he vet the one that was born here?
Marrying a radical terrorist should have been a warning sign.

How? Is there a vetting process for citizens born in this country?

VIDEO: Sharia in the Twin Cities?, by NR Staff, National Review

"Filmmaker Ami Horowitz was alarmed by the growing number of Somali Americans living in Minneapolis who have joined up with the Islamist-terror groups ISIS and al-Shabaab. So he recently traveled to that city to speak with members of the community about how much American values resonated with them, their feelings about sharia law and terrorism, and whether they’d prefer to live in Somalia or America. Their answers were revealing...."

Sharia Law is completely IN-Compatible with our government and is a threat to our nation as it exists...and it has led to cases of violence.

Should vetting include the question regarding preference for Sharia Law, and should that preference be a 'disqualifier'?
Yes.

So, JBondcuck, it was not Obama. OK.

Again for the terminally slow. He married a terrorist. Not a sneaky one. One that bragged about her intentions.

Why was homeland forced to shut down their investigation into potential terrorists? Why did Obama purge them and other Muslim killers from the watch list?

American citizens are allowed to marry people who have never committed terrorism. The woman married a terrorist too. You don't seem to care there was no vetting process for a citizen that was born here.

Explain the purge of the watch list.

What part of Sharia law?

Sharia law is not implemented as all or nothing. There are broad interpretations between groups
Are you talking about supporting domestic disputes and local concerns in a religious court?

Groups like the Amish, Orthodox Jews and Mormons already do that

No proof that ever happened. Lots of proof though, that republicans support potential terrorists on watch lists be able to purchase guns. Like your Christmas killers did. If, in fact, they were on a watch list.

Ecclesiastical courts only handle matters of a religious nature.

Sharia law and Islam are a system of governance totally at odds with the U.S. Constitution. Sharia has no business here in the U.S. PERIOD.

Remind me again....

WHO was it that armed Mexican Drug Cartels. resulting in the deaths of over 500 people - to include 4 Americans?
- Oh yeah, that was BARRY!

WHO was it that armed the Muslim Brotherhood, Al Qaeida, and ISIS?
- Oh yeah, that was BARRY!

Who was it that gave a terrorist a VISA, allowing them to come into the US to kill 12 Americans?
- Oh yeah, that was BARRY!

Sharia LAW has no place here in the United States...period. If they want Sharia law they should stay where Sharia Law is accepted.

No religious law should be allowed in private association that conflicts with state or federal laws, whether Muslim or Jewish or Christian or whateverism.

Al Qaeda's been being armed by America for decades, Fast and Furious started under Dubya, and terrorists have been getting Visas for decdes. You want to ignore that except for these 2 terrorists, one of which was born here and did not need a visa.

You can advocate Sharia law within the confines of our laws and Constitution

Many religious groups (Amish, Orthodox Jews. Mormons) handle issues such as domestic disputes, civil matters and minor offenses within their communities through church elders or clergy

American custom has been for certain Christian religious sects, particularly, conservative ones, to handle issues within the flock between themselves.

Do you apply the same standards to Christian and Jewish groups?

What if the victim agrees to go through their local religious court rather than involving the police?
