Don't have a link, but the amazing performance of the US men swimming freestyle relay in the 2008 Olympics. Jason Lezak's comeback against the French swimmer Alain Bernard was as close to unbelievable as any sporting event I have ever witnessed.

I was there, section 00 at Kezar. Marshall was a great defensive player, too bad he's mostly remembered for this one play.
The vidoe doesn't go on long enough, poor Marshall had to walk all the way to the far sideline from where he 'scored', and did so with his hands covering his helmet.
