Senate democrats vote in favor of rape and murder

Every republican voted agains the bill.

So you pretend that means what?

Why did Democrats vote for Rape and murder?

Why?

Because they are too conservative

Or maybe they know they will lose their jobs in 2012 if they dont do the right thing. That's more realistic, and the sick thing is, these assholes know right from wrong, but yet they only do what's right during an election cycle, even more proof that they need to go, but you turds wont show them the exit.
I think after 2012 every Republican and independent in america should reregister as democrat and in 2014 and 2016 clean the Democrats clocks for them, put in place true blue dogs democrats and then afterwards reregister back to the Republican and independents we where.
Now that's a plan.

Why would they?

For not following dogma.

Those who fail to march in lockstep can't be in the party.

I think this bullshit about parties voting 100% lockstep with each other is a bankrupt way to govern to begin with.

The whole point of being a democrat is to follow exactly what the party tells one. democrats are less of a "party" and more of a "hive."

orlly. And when Republicans have been doing it for the last 4 years.....it's just, you know.......none of that.

:cuckoo:

50/50 was the vote. Furthermore even if he had the three dems who voted with all the reps the bill would not go to debate because it needs 60 votes to proceed.

It's all part of the "make the President a 1 termer at all costs campaign" the republicans have been running since 2008. If he's for it then they're against it even if last term they were for it. Basically they don't give an "air-born rodents butt" about the country if they can't have it their way.

I'm thinking the shitty economy is all part of the nefarious plot by the evil infidel Republicans, too!

We would have full employment, but the Republicans are stopping it to make the Messiah® look bad....

I'm not a big fan of the Republicans, but when it comes to "group think," come on, they aren't even in the game.

If you look @ their voting record, you'd be hard pressed to back that up with statistical evidence. Don't go looking that up though, might hurt your glass house.

Whe bills are put on the floor that are completely insane and will hurt the country, I expect the GOP to unanimously vote against them. Just like the Healthcare Bill, which the Democrat party all fell into line to vote for "With exception to those up for re-election" and even those tools would have voted for it if the votes where needed.
I applaud the GOP right now, they are protecting the rest of us from this insanity, which is why they where elected in 2010. The country spoke then, and will speak again in 2012.

Because the Republicans believe in individual thought, not group think. They represent the people as a whole, not the collective like the socialists.

The Country spoke @ that whopping 8% current congressional approval rating too? Or people don't count when it looks bad for your partisan side?

Oh is that right!

Yes, that is right.

It was a poorly crafted bill designed to support the bluff and bluster of one of Obama's moronic diatribes.

Then you should be applauding the two Democrats that voted 'In favor of rape and murder,' not?

Obviously voting against the Messiah® is support of "rape and murder." Anyone deviating from the party is pure evil and pulls the wings off of kittens...

You've got it all figured out, sparky.

Obama doesn't even have democrats in the senate on the side of his anti rape and murder jobs bill. It failed as it should.

See Dean, being a hack isn't hard.

Well, maybe if the time was given to them to actually read the bill before it was put up for a vote they might consider voting yes. Also, until Obama stops putting into these bills class warfare tactics, they will never be passed by conservatives. We will not raise taxes on the rich to compensate for irresponsible government spending. Not gonna happen.
Dont be fooled, this trickery will not work, and only those on the left are falling for it, everyone else sees what is going on and will vote accordingly in 2012.

I don't think raising their tax rate by 3% on income over a million is actually class warfare.

Personally I hope the temporary tax cuts President Bush enacted are allow to expire on everyone. Both parties have dug us quite a hole in the past 30 years. I also support a balanced budget amendement.
