    Pay-offs.. pay-off I guess.. And some luck of course.. does set a mood for 2010 though..

    The good news for Senator Ben Nelson is that he doesn’t have to face Nebraska voters until 2012.
    If Governor Dave Heineman challenges Nelson for the Senate job, a new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey shows the Republican would get 61% of the vote while Nelson would get just 30%. Nelson was reelected to a second Senate term in 2006 with 64% of the vote.

    So you can fool some people all of the time. Really, the guy won reelection with over 60 percent and you think he's a 30-point dog? That doesn't even remotely pass the smell test.

    The link goes to show that Rasmussen either really dropped the ball on their sample or the bias in their issues polling has taken over their election polling as well.
