self-defense

Good luck--are you planning on stopping if world opinion says your war is illegal or will you just stay the course?

This is not a question but a "so-called" question:

What do you mean by Turkey's self-defence is illegal?

----------------------

UN-Security resolutions:

Resolution 1373 (2001)
All states have to stop financial, political and administrative support for Terrorists. Sources for gunpowder like C4 and other weapons do not have to get in hands of Terrorists in all countries. Communication media of Terrorists must end.

Comment:
1:0 for Turkey. finacial, political, administrative, weapons, logistic etc. All they have from North-Iraq.

Resolution 1546 (2004)
Iraq has to prevent Terrorism attacks from its soil on neighbours.

Comment:
1:0 for Turkey. What are we talking all the time about?

-------------------

UN article 51

Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defence if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations, until the Security Council has taken measures necessary to maintain international peace and security. Measures taken by Members in the exercise of this right of self-defence shall be immediately reported to the Security Council and shall not in any way affect the authority and responsibility of the Security Council under the present Charter to take at any time such action as it deems necessary in order to maintain or restore international peace and security.

Sorry to get with you to this polemic level. But do you have understanding problems?

PKK = Kurds for you.
PKK = Terrorists for us. No talk here of makeing war against Kurdish civilians.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PKK

The right is on Turkey's side.

I forgot to say in my last post, that i will not lead this debate furthermore.
So, stop.
And this stop has nothing to do as i would feel a rhetoric superiority by you or a subject-based superiority.

It is my own choice.
And when "Start-Button" has been pushed in Ankara i will return. Good-bye.
