We're not at war...nor have we been since WWII. Wars must be declared by Congress. Didn't you know that?

Exactly so, but somehow they always get away with shifting all the responsibility to the President. Congress doesn't mind going to war so long as they don't have to share in the blame when things go wrong.

Yeahhhhh, those of us that spent a lot of time in Iraq fighting that war were imagining it when our buddies died or got maimed. And it will happen during THIS war too. You liberals are stupid beyond belief.

I notice Bodecea and Clayton have both high tailed it now that even Kerry is calling it WAR. Love when USMB libs repeatedly get caught in their stupidity and lies.

Congress hasn't declared war since 1941......yet they seem to have had little problem giving Presidents the authority to make those decisions for them.
