TTIP was never finished. The Commies and Socialists in Germany had the same problem (and other problems) with TTIP and fought against it. But it makes sense to install independent courts which help to find good solutions or will decide in case of conflicts in trade relations - independent from governments. How often said I meanwhile here that you are using 22% where we use 25% (and sometimes only 10%). And we use 10% where you use 2.5%. Not a big problem.
