the OP is just a collection Paul Erlich like catastrophe predictions. when they dont come true everyone forgets about them and goes on to the next forecast of doom.
I saw a study of 2 degree per century spikes (other than coming out of ice ages) in the last Myears. All of them fell back and none led to runaway warming even though most were much stronger than the present (adjusted) spike. just more evidence that the earth's climate is self regulating and not sitting on some 'tipping point'
