Romney's VP Choice??

I was hoping it would be Allen West but he's put in his own re-election bid for his congressional seat. I really like Colonel West.

Naturegirl....i agree with you 100% Allen West would be a fantastic asset toward beating out obama. Allen West is an extremely impressive person and very intellegent. I have written Romney and Allen West to please run together. I wish everyone would email Romney to get Allen West to run with him.

i live in fla and from what I hear, they are not voting for Obama no matter who wins the nomination.

I find this amusing.

When you are talking about your Vice-President as a "game-changer", it's usually because you presidential candidate is weak. You know, one who only got 40% of the votes to start with, and most people just kind of acquiesed to because all the choices sucked.

Fact is, a Veep Candidate hasn't been a game changer since 1960. At least not in a positive way.

Usually, you hope you don't muck it up. the worst case was of course, when McGovern picked Eagleton, it was revealed he had undergone Electro-Shock Therapy, and he had to switch the guy out.

People say Palin was a bad choice, I disagree. I think McCain's problems ran a lot deeper than Palin and his advisors find her an easy scapegoat.

Is that why we always hear about Hillary taking Biden's spot?

You only hear that among the rightwing chatter class and Fox News.

In your mind, I'm sure it is. :cuckoo:

Well not just my mind..

PDCA - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Education. It's good for ya. Professor.

:D

Anybody who thinks that a company that just trades in things and a company that actually manufactures things can be compared certainly needs an education. Good luck.

There are base process that can be followed by every company.

It's not all that hard to understand..and I provided a link.

Apparently the difference between manufacturing and non-manufacturing is already too hard to understand for you.

Nope.

Not at all. Of course there are differences in both. But the bottom line is the Demmings cycle applies to almost all forms of businesses.

PLAN Establish the objectives and processes necessary to deliver results in accordance with the expected output (the target or goals). By establishing output expectations, the completeness and accuracy of the specification is also a part of the targeted improvement. When possible start on a small scale to test possible effects.
DO Implement the plan, execute the process, make the product. Collect data for charting and analysis in the following "CHECK" and "ACT" steps.
CHECK Study the actual results (measured and collected in "DO" above) and compare against the expected results (targets or goals from the "PLAN") to ascertain any differences. Look for deviation in implementation from the plan and also look for the appropriateness/ completeness of the plan to enable the execution i.e.,"Do". Charting data can make this much easier to see trends over several PDCA cycles and in order to convert the collected data into information. Information is what you need for the next step "ACT".
ACT Request corrective actions on significant differences between actual and planned results. Analyze the differences to determine their root causes. Determine where to apply changes that will include improvement of the process or product. When a pass through these four steps does not result in the need to improve, the scope to which PDCA is applied may be refined to plan and improve with more detail in the next iteration of the cycle, or attention needs to be placed in a different stage of the process.

Hillary is done. She will leave at the end of this term. More interestingly is that she is refusing to appear with obama, will not attend the democratic convention, will not speak on obama's behalf nor make an endorsement.

That is a powerful lot of hate.

My feeling is where there's smoke, there's fire. I believe she has been offered the postition, but she turned it down, because she, like Bill, truely hates Obama's guts.

Colonel Allen West would be outstanding.

NOt really. Usually, Secretaries of State don't go around campaigning for their president. Colin Powell was the exception, not the rule.
