Hate to make this political, but he probably didn't have the same access to treatments and drugs that kept Ruth Bader Ginsburg alive for all those years.

He was actually a versatile actor beyond the well known Shaft role, but that was what really propelled him beyond being just a magazine model back in the 60's.

He was personally a very nice man as well.

The decent person beat the nazi by 80% to 20%.

This is worrying for the GOP.. The turnout was huge , Far more than previous elections.
Right wingers will be worrying tonight about what to do. Is it possible the election was stolen ?

My parents friend. One of the people involved with the production of the Shaft movie was from their hometown, and introduced them to him.

In later years he occasionally visited them and stayed in their home, and I had a chance to talk with him a few times.
