Suppose your neighbor that owns a lot of land with numerous buildings on it, and that he has a history of having dog fights on his property, and a judge orders him not to have fights anymore, and that, in order to avoid going to jail, he has to allow the police to verify he is not having dog fights by searching his property. She also insists that everyone who has been talking about the dog fights is lying. The police listen to her, and decide to take thorough. The judge dismisses the evidence from the daughter, and orders the police to raid the property anyway.

It turns out the daughter was telling the truth, does that make the judge wrong?

The CIA had multiple sources of humint, past history, and satellite images that proved Saddam was moving stuff from place to place, and they had one single humint source that said Saddam had no WMDs. They had to choose between believing multiple sources and one source that contradicted everything else every intelligence agency in the world had developed. \

Be honest here, if you can, given the evidence, what would you have done?

Keep in mind that I can bring up an admission from Senator Kerry that Bush did not lie, and Hillary's adamant refusal to admit that her vote was wrong given what was known at the time.
