Of course, the elected representatives are busy about to have the electoral account, but Faun is stating they will leave the Electoral Count to convene a meeting to address the concerns of the Capitol Police board, which is when they discover an emergency is taking place.

Then who do the two committees report the Emergency to, is it possible the Capitol is already breached?

Or is it possible that Google did not return the correct procedure the Capitol Police follow during an emergency.
