"I once was a journalist and proud of my profession. No longer. Today's media are habitually violating what once were the profession's governing principles: that the news must be reported objectively, fairly and without bias." Few are the establishment journalists willing to tell the truth about their profession, which largely has abandoned its commitment to objectivity in the cause of opposing resident Trump and, if possible, driving him from office. One brave soul with standing in the profession just did so. Dennis Byrne, who for decades was a columnist for the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun-Times and now is retired, has published a remarkable call for journalists to regain their sanity. The title of his column, published on his blog, The Barbershop, tells the story: “As a one-time journalist, I'm deeply ashamed of today's media.”
So, journalists may not heed Byrne and the few others who call them out. Not quickly at least. But facts are stubborn things, as John Adams taught us, or as the Bard had it, “Truth will out.” Byrne may be a prophet without honor in his lifetime (he is in his 70s). But, as Patricia McCarthy reminds us today, the Democrats’ coup attempt already is unraveling, and in the internet age, the speed of information is faster than ever before.

A democracy can only function properly with a responsible and unbiased media. That is something that we have been lacking for decades. You only need to looks at the media today and the undelivered sham of Impeachment articles to verify this axiom.
The Progressive Marxist Socialists Leftists and the Democrat Media Complex did everything possible to discredit Sen. Joseph McCarthy when he dared to point out, often by name, that there were many communists in the US government. He blew their cover. Of course he's since been proven to have been correct and the PMS/DSA Left has expanded both in politics and the MSM....
The PMS/DSA Democrat party Left is not in league with the media. They are entirely steered by the media. Media reports a leaked story from the deep state, Democrats read it and that's their talking point for the day. Modern media long ago gave up its role as referee and decided to suit up and join a team. A good point is that Democrats changed their talking points from Quid Pro Quo to Bribery after the MSM ran polls to see which was more acceptable.
The Media is in symbiotic lockstep because it perpetuates a failed "newspaper industry" and replaces it with a "garbage churning digital swamp of indoctrination" that is modern day information delivery. The goal is no longer to "sell newspapers" (because most don't read hard copy anything anymore) but to cater to the "shallows" that satisfy their curiosity with dribs and drabs of sound bites and gotcha video moments that achieve objectives without the need for critical or contemplative thought. They need each other. If you ask for proof of fact, all you have to do is refer to the fact that CNN pays airports $100K to dedicate their stations to all screens in the airports. Indoctrination for all who succumb to that constant drone. There must be a rise of right signals to separate the signal from the noise. There must be ears and brains that yearn to hear the truth. It's a slow process, yes, but it is worth the fight because the alternative is not a desirable outcome in any respect.

Your journalist is an idiot. The media needs to report the truth instead of trying to be "fair" by reporting GOP lies and misdirections as if they somehow could be true. If you want the news to only report your dear leader's propaganda then you are no American.

This post is just pure insanity. Show me an unbiased reporting outlet. I can name one. WSJ.
