Republicans in super-liberal Oregon are fed-up & want to be part of Idaho

From what I understand the city of Portland and Eugene's liberal strongholds run the state. The question is if they would forgo the benefit of taxes they levy against everyone else to accommodate a split, let their playgrounds go, heaven forbid? Not a chance in hell. Redue of the state of Jefferson proposal,..... DOA. The state of Jefferson has more a chance of succeeding in this endeavour than this proposal. The very same issues that have plagued Northern California, Nevada, and Eastern Washington will continue. Stay tuned, Montana and Idaho will soon join the club. As I understand most Republicans in heavily populated areas of Oregon from the 1970's forward are actually Rhino's.
