No judge has ruled that federal "interference in the health care industry" is unconstitutional. Both judges who've ruled against the mandate so far have accepted that federal regulation of the insurance industry is constitutional. They can build exchanges, they can regulate insurers. That part isn't even close to being controversial.

I 100% want there to be actions taken to address numerous problems in the industry.
The difference is:
We want whatever actions are to be taken, must be paid for legitimately.
We want the high costs to be addressed, and are against increasing costs before addressing DECREASING cost.
We want more Americans to be covered, we want safety nets - basically we want most of the items that liberals also want.

The key difference is - we want it to be done with out having to borrow more money...or increasing costs for the productive to cover the unproductive in a long term manner.

You may also want to keep the government out of the equation. Once they get their paws on it then it's a one way road to total control of everybody's lives.

Bad idea to force people to buy health care...

Bad idea to not allow citizens to purchase health care across state lines.

"Creditors have been manipulating the court system to extract money from the unemployed, veterans, even seniors who rely solely on their benefits to get by each month," Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan said last month in a statement voicing support for the legislation. Because it was liberal democratic policies that invented the middle class. Until FDR and the New Deal and Unions and Labor Laws, the middle class was small. Our policies created the huge middle class from the 50's to what's left of it today.

Free market societies have always produced a small ruling class, a small merchantile class and a huge working poor class commonly known as serfs. The GOP want to take us back to that Dickens style era. You think you will stay in the merchantile class? How about the rest of your family?
