No one is saying that they couldn't be lying - just that there is no evidence that they are lying. Well, there was actually some evidence that they weren't honest with respect to Waco, although nothing to say conclusively what happened.

By the way, that is really a terrible thing that happened. I hope that they get to keep every penny of the $100 million.
