Tucker Carlson, the bow-tied mouthpiece for the Republican Party, has been hit with a formal demand for an on-air apology after he falsely claimed that Ray Epps, a man who was seen on video encouraging people to enter the Capitol on January 6, was an FBI agent.

Epps' lawyer, John Pierce, sent Carlson a letter demanding that he retract his false statements and apologize to Epps. Pierce said that Carlson's claims have caused Epps to be harassed and threatened, and that they have damaged his reputation.

Carlson has not yet responded to Pierce's letter. The article also states that Epps has denied being an FBI agent, and that the FBI has said that he was not an agent.

Carlson's claims about Epps are false and defamatory. He should retract them and apologize to Epps, but he won't because he's a lying, sniveling, cowardly little worm who would rather spread lies and hate than admit when he's wrong.

I hope Epps sues Carlson for a billion dollars. These liars should be held responsible.

Screw that undercover informant slime bag.... he should be in jail still awaiting a trial like the others.... even if he isn't an FBI informant he pushed others to do what he didn't have the balls to do... and for that alone he deserves to be in jail....
Remember Manson?....

is Epps ready to go under oath to refute the accusations ?

Every time someone threatens to sue a Republican, USMB cons pretend they won't follow through due to some sort of sinister thing that will be revealed in court. Then they go on and sue and message board nicknames go into hiding. See Hunter Biden suing the blind Computer repairman despite USMB trolls claiming he would never sue because discovery or something.

If he isn't an FBI agent he deserves an apology. Tucker surely has the resources to uncover the facts. He and Fox should stop being so cheap if they want Whistleblowers to come forward. Hell, Trump and his team are even worse for not spending to dig up the truth. This is what gives me pause from believing this narrative. I havent followed it much, but I know quite well how agent provocateurs work. I will reserve judgement waiting for facts with an open mind.

So all who pushed others to do what they didn't have the balls to do should be in jail? Should the cops just back the paddy wagon up to the door at fox news, and load them up all at once, or should they be arrested one at a time?

Why doesn't Ray Epps go before congress and explain his actions and why he wasn't arrested for treason? Epps is a protected plant who incited a riot. That's why he, an obvious instigator, wasn't arrested.
LOL Where the fuck do you live? That isn't how the law works. If you make an accusation, you need to back it up. And that's exactly what Epps is demanding from Tucker.

He was a Trumpist, just like the others.
