If you were speeding down the street and you crashed into Diane Fienstein's limo,

they would charge you with attempted murder, then you would need a lawyer to work you down from there.



This crazed Democrat attacks a Senator , breaks 6 ribs, and they're charging him with assault.



These people are all supposed to be educated in law. I hope someone is paying attention because assault is usually a verbal offense
