So, you're only saying what I've already said. This country was taken by a force of arms. The conquerors drove the darker races out; it was standard operating procedure - all recognized by international law.

Our own Constitution prohibits ex post facto laws. That means that today's laws that are not conducive to Right of Conquest are not retroactive. The men who founded the nation we call the United States and ratified our Constitution did so in a legal / lawful manner at the time. So, that debate in our society is a non sequitir.
