This is nothing new. I was unable to transfer from majority Black L.B. Poly H.S. to nearby Wilson H.S. in 1980.

Only later did I find that it's called "Social Engineering".

gov. brown submarined blacks in Compton that had legally voted to dump their school, he swooped in, reappointed members to the adjudicating commission and changed some rules.....they're fucked.

I'm glad they don't do this shit in texas. Texas has pretty much rejected forced integration. Granted, the school districts are extremely segregated, but everyone seems to be happier that way. Black and white...

I'm of the opinion that the problem is the fucking government. It needs to chill the fuck out and mind its own business.
