No, it can't. That's why it includes 'US Blacks'. All studies get the same results: Environmental factors being equal, Asiatics have the highest average IQ and cranial capacity, and Negroids the lowest. Also, environmental factors being equal, blacks are the largest (save for Scandinavians) and asians the smallest/weakest.

Oh, BTW Asians in Asia score higher even on IQ tests designed for Whites in Europe than even the Whites in Europe. That's right, even when the test is designed with Europe/US in mind, Asians still score higher, contrary to the expected result.

All the evidence posted in this thread demonstrates that a mixing of the races is more important now than ever. Each has their strengths and weaknesses, each has their flaws. Mixing the genetic codes would result in a more balanced race, where the weaknesses are negated by the strengths of the others. 50% of our DNA is because of viruses and disease.
