That's right, toots, public school all the way.
But I guess in those fancy private schools you went to they taught you that slavery was the best thing that ever happened to the Africans.
No, actually they didn't. They taught us the facts surrounding slavery - and I was once asked to debate the topic from a 'pro slavery' standpoint. I failed... I could think of some 'good reasons'... but, try as I might... and I did try... I could not make the inhumanity of slavery balance with the financial benefits of said trade.
See, that's what happens when you get all overly emotional and respond like a twit, instead of thinking your response through and posting with some intelligence... (I was taught that too... think... then speak). I am sorry for you that our public school system clearly failed you.
