Oh, our Western media are interested, alright — interested in brainwashing us with propaganda funded by global business and cultural elites about what they want us to believe are Putin's nefarious motives.

We did so in a time frame of the Cold War..............Because the Russian invasion of Afghanistan wasn't about terrorism, but about taking land and growing in size............They failed and failed because the people there refused to give up the fight, just as in Vietnam.................We armed them to prevent them from making Afghanistan part of the SOVIET EMPIRE....................

Both sides are to blame for the results of the Cold War.........The Cold War still goes on today in a different format...........They arm the enemies of the United States and we arm the enemies of Russia................

It is the continuation of 2 Global powers butting into each others positions.......................

They will use Snowden.......They want as much insider information on what he knows for spying purposes, and the interests of Russia...........Hoping that he will give them an edge on the CIA and NSA................

He is also a thorn in our side as he turned, so they treat him well as a Trophy against us............They aren't doing this for Snowden...........They are doing it for the policy of Russia and nothing else.

There is a Currency War going on in the world and alliances are being formed............Russia and China are not friends but are Allies in the destruction of the Dollar as the World's reserve currency.................They know, that if we lose the Reserve Currency status we are screwed.........and will follow the path of economic disaster as it befell the USSR...................

We are complicit in this situation as we continue the policy of our own ECONOMIC DESTRUCTION through stupid economic policies and refusing to live within our means..............and also we allow free trade to our country which kills our economy even more.................

The economic battle ground is what Putin is referring to..............It is about destroying us not through the force of arms but ECONOMICALLY.........which is exactly what helped cause the Break up of the USSR...............

He is also referring to other countries that were pushing to stop trading in Dollars for Oil..............Libya is one of them that pushed for the Gold Denar............as was Iraq......................I believe he is referring to this...................That we manipulate with our currency, and force compliance with the rest of the world................

China, India, South Africa, and Brazil have joined in the fight against the U.S. Dollar................and are Hording Gold at record levels..........South Africa was invited as they have some of the largest Gold mines and reserves on the planet.

Finally, by supporting the Rebels in Syria we are directly supporting the overthrow of Assad who is a puppet ally of Russia, which threatens their Naval Base in Syria......and their access to the Baltic Sea.........Should Syria fall the Russians could lose a key Naval Base which is not in Russia's best interest..............

Russia and China are not our friends............They never have been..........We simply tolerate each other as neighbors on the earth.............They are looking for us to fall and retake the role of the biggest baddest Nation on the Earth.............In which China is the main one pushing for Global Dominance.

China is Russia's ally for convenience............They are not really friends but partners in the common goal of removing the United States as the Global power.

Don't agree.......While we both have problems with Islamic Fanatics.............we are both still arming opposing sides in the fight............We arm those fighting the ally of Russia in Syria............They provide weapons to Iran, Syria and others that were used and still are used by those that send our people home in body bags in Afghanistan and Iraq.............

Russia was arming those who were killing our people via Proxy countries in this fight........and at the same time playing a dual role by allowing us to use air bases in Russia.....................They didn't like the Taliban, because they lost a War there.........so in many ways this was their way of PAYBACK to the Taliban and the UNITED STATES at the same time.............We kill their enemy of old............and our people die killing them as we armed them back when they were killing Russians......................

It is tit for tat strategies...................Both sides fully aware of WHY............as we continue to arm opposing alliances in a Cold War that never really ended.

I don't trust Western media.

A sad, necessary evil of endless warfare — with Islam.

What's even more sad is that Western defense contractors are profiting off the deaths of our men and women in the armed forces—God bless 'em all—too.

In one of his speeches John Kennedy said: When he strong are just and the week are secure that should be the goal of all nations." To me that should have become a rule of thumb for the whole world. If the countries who make the world politics followed that rule (ant it's been over 50 years since it was said!) the world would be so much more comfortable to live in and so many many innocent lives were not wasted.
