Example - woman get rapped at a very high alarming rate and most go unpunished by the universities and the victim has to see that man on campus every day. My point? Universities rely on reputation and a rap can expose the University as a rape university and no one will want to send their kids their from another state.

Universities also refuse to work with authorities on these types of crimes. Why do the Public universities feel like they are above the federal government and aren't subject to a set of checks and balances, except their own?

You think the Fed Gov is out of control you should see these institutions.

Only at Oregon, Our Earth Mother University. The SisterEvilHood have generally been beat down elsewhere.

Hardly. Most rappers are men. There have been a few women, like Li'l Kim, but 98% of all rappers who made it big are men. Tupac, Snoop Dawg, Jay Z. You don't know what you're talking about.

Do your job and encourage smart good discussion or go away and isolate yourself in your basement.
