I'm a little confused.
If the computer is not on, then you can not go to that screen.
So then it can never be "no".
It will always be "yes".

Now if you could go to some other computer and ask if a particular IP address was on, that maybe would be something.

It doesn't even try. No matter how it is accessed, from what, it will disp0lay exactly the same result.
