It's funny, aside from a bunch of unsourced blogs, I can't find anything to back your claims up - certainly nothing from the NYT or CNN.

On the other hand, I did find this from the Washington Post:

The 30,000 e-mails “are purported to have been copied to a thumb drive in the possession of former Secretary Clinton’s personal counsel, Williams and Connelly attorney David Kendall.”

Kendall, who formerly served as counsel for ex-CIA director David H. Petraeus, has a security clearance. He declined to comment on the matter Friday.

Huh? Are you claiming he did have the appropriate clearance? If that was the case don't you think that would have come out at this point?

Why would it have "come out"? Clearance levels are not public information.

I see no reason why the former SoS's lawyer would not have clearance.

In light of these allegations if he had clearance it certainly would be made public.
